Who we are
Ktisis Reach is a publishing workspace operated by Ktisis Arc. You can contact us at hello@ktisisarc.com.
Information we collect
We collect the account identity you provide through Firebase Authentication. We also store workspace membership, uploaded video files and metadata, editable captions, publishing choices, consent records, connected TikTok account identity, encrypted connection tokens, and submission or status receipts when those features are used.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, keep workspaces separated, store and present your content, connect services you choose, submit content when you direct us to do so, show submission status, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
Connected services
Reach uses Firebase for authentication and product data. If you connect TikTok, TikTok receives information needed for that connection and any submission you request. TikTok handles its records under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information until you request account deletion. We retain connection information until you disconnect the service or delete your account. Account deletion removes your account records, workspace records, and owned media. A disconnect attempts to revoke the provider grant, then removes the local grant. Provider records may remain under the provider policy. To request deletion while the account control is not visible, email us.
Security
Reach enforces user and workspace separation on the server. Connection tokens are encrypted. No online service can promise absolute security, so we limit access to the information needed to operate the product.
Your choices
You can disconnect a connected service and request workspace deletion. You may also ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
