Agreement
These terms govern your use of Ktisis Reach, a product operated by Ktisis Arc. By creating an account or using Reach, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Reach provides a workspace for preparing, reviewing, and submitting social content through supported connections. Some connections may remain in preview or unavailable while provider approval is in progress. Available features can change as provider access changes.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and activity within your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Your content and choices
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give Ktisis Arc permission to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate Reach and carry out actions you choose. You remain responsible for reviewing your content, choosing its destination, and confirming you have the rights needed to publish it.
Connected services
When you connect a provider, you authorize Reach to use the granted access for actions you request. Provider terms also apply. A provider may delay, reject, remove, or restrict content or access. Reach does not guarantee approval, publication, audience reach, or continued provider availability.
Acceptable use
Do not use Reach to break the law, violate provider rules, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious material, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
Availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but Reach is provided as available. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, Ktisis Arc disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending use
You may stop using Reach and request account deletion. Account deletion removes your account records, workspace records, and owned media. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, providers, Ktisis Arc, or the service, or when these terms are materially violated.
Changes and contact
